Refund Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made to Domrin Consulting Group("Domrin", "we", "us", or "our") for consulting services, advisory engagements, workshops, retainers, and any other professional services (collectively, the "Services"). By submitting payment through any invoice, payment link, or checkout page provided by Domrin (including Stripe-hosted payment links), you ("Client") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Nature of Services — All Sales Are Final
Domrin provides bespoke, time-bound professional consulting services. From the moment a payment is received, our partners and team allocate calendar time, prepare materials, conduct research, and commit to the engagement. Because of the customized and time-sensitive nature of the work, all payments made to Domrin Consulting Group are strictly non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this Policy.
This includes, without limitation: deposits, retainers, milestone payments, prepaid hours, workshop fees, advisory subscriptions, strategy session fees, and one-time engagement fees.
3. Cancellations by the Client
- Before work commences: If the Client cancels in writing more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the agreed engagement start date, Domrin may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit (not a cash refund) of up to 50% of fees paid, valid for use against any future engagement within twelve (12) months.
- After work commences: Once any preparatory work, kickoff meeting, deliverable drafting, or scheduled session has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
- No-shows and missed sessions: Failure to attend a scheduled session, call, workshop, or meeting will be treated as the session having occurred. No refund, credit, or rescheduling is guaranteed.
4. Cancellations by Domrin
In the unlikely event Domrin must cancel an engagement before any work has been performed and is unable to reschedule within a reasonable period, the Client will receive a pro-rata refund of fees paid for work not yet rendered. This is the Client's sole and exclusive remedy in such cases.
5. Subscriptions, Retainers & Recurring Payments
- Recurring monthly or annual retainers may be cancelled at any time by written notice to billing@domrinconsulting.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period or pro-rata refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- Annual retainers paid upfront are non-refundable in full once the engagement has begun.
6. Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
The Client agrees to contact Domrin in good faith at billing@domrinconsulting.com to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with their bank, card issuer, or payment processor (including Stripe).
Initiating a chargeback in violation of this Policy or in bad faith constitutes a material breach of contract. Domrin reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate all Services and access to deliverables;
- Pursue recovery of disputed amounts plus all associated chargeback fees, processor penalties, legal fees, and collection costs;
- Report the Client to credit bureaus, collection agencies, and industry watchlists; and
- Seek any other remedies available at law or in equity.
7. Refund Process (Where Applicable)
Where a refund is expressly approved by Domrin in writing, it will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. Domrin is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or payment processors.
8. Currency, Taxes & Fees
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, currency-conversion fees, and bank charges. Such third-party fees are never refundable by Domrin.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Client's jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies and grants greater rights than this Policy, those statutory rights prevail.
10. Changes to this Policy
Domrin may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time payment is made governs that transaction. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
